Purpose:
To increase access to permanent supportive housing and affordable housing options for individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Key Activities:
- Connecting clients to permanent supportive housing (PSH) and affordable housing opportunities.
- Working with housing developers, landlords, and government agencies to increase available units.
- Assisting with the application process for PSH and affordable housing.
- Providing wraparound services, including case management and health support, for individuals transitioning into permanent housing.
- Support for seniors facing housing instability and ensuring access to affordable, safe housing options.
- To provide housing and support services for young individuals (ages 18-24) experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
- To help individuals improve their credit scores, enabling them to qualify for better housing options and secure long-term stability.
- Provide housing and assistance services for Veterans experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
- Income Support and Employment to support individuals in achieving long-term housing stability through financial independence and access to housing opportunities.
